Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund in the following cases:

• Damaged item received
• Wrong print or design delivered
• Defective product
• Wrong item sent

Note: Custom-made orders are not eligible for refunds.

No Exchanges or Store Credit

We do not offer product exchanges or store credit at this time.

Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returns must be sent via India Post (Parcel Service).
• Please keep your tracking number as proof of dispatch.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items, where stated

How to Request a Refund

Please include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos of any issue.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
